I recently posted a link on the Mom Seeking Balance FB page to an article called 10 Signs you are Gluten Intolerant, and I was surprised by the response. It turns out a number of people who are fans of the FB page and/or read this blog suspect they may benefit from cutting down (on) or cutting out gluten.
To be clear, I’m not talking about celiac disease (a life threatening gluten allergy), but am referring to a sensitivity or intolerance to gluten (a protein found in wheat and other products). As always, I’m not that kind of doctor, and you should talk to your own medical professional team. I just like experimenting on myself, and found cutting out gluten reaped great benefits.
